Business Communication & Etiquette Coaching

Coaching provides one-on-one intensive business communication or etiquette training for executives and all levels of professionals who wish
to benefit from individual assessment and feedback.

Coaching is offered in the following areas: 

Personal Style
Each session is geared to the individual’s specific needs, with an emphasis placed on the individual gaining an understanding of his or her verbal and nonverbal communication; including use of body language, voice, dress, choice of words, how to establish rapport with others, etiquette questions
or assertive concerns. 

Presentation Skills
This coaching concentrates on the development and delivery of powerful presentations. Participants are videotaped and receive individual feedback.

Executive Coaching
Each session is geared to the executive’s specific level and his or her communication needs.

Dining Tutorial
This session provides one-on-one intensive business dining training, including a private lunch with the coach.

Assertiveness Coaching
This coaching focuses on the differences between assertive, aggressive and passive behaviors. Participants gain an understanding of their communication style and an awareness of how to politely and powerfully present themselves to others.

Coaching for the New Graduate
This coaching focuses on helping new graduates gain an understanding of the workplace and how to present themselves professionally.  Topics can include: conducting a job search, interviewing skills, dressing for the business world, and advancing in your career. All sessions are tailored to the individual’s specific needs.

Business communication or etiquette coaching provides individual feedback.
